Alan Morton
Alan Morton is a former professional footballer who played for Queens Park F.C. and Rangers F.C. respectively. He was signed by Bill Struth for Rangers in 1920 and the tricky winger quickly established himself as a top Rangers player. His thirteen years as a Rangers was filled with an amazing array of success. He won ten championsips and two Scottish Cup medals, scoring 155 goals in 495 matches for the lightblues. Morton was also an important player for Scotland winning 31 caps. He was nicknamed 'The Wee Blue Devil' after his amazing display against England at Wembley in 1928. He is regarded as one of the best players ever to play for Rangers and Scotland.
