Campaign

A campaign is an organized effort. There are several common types of campaigns:

Political campaigns are efforts to attract political supporters and reach a certain goal (such as defeating a referendum, or passing legislation).
Military campaigns are organized movements of troops during times of war. A campaign usually consists of a connected string of battles.
