Einbeck

Einbeck is a city in southern Lower Saxony, Germany, located in the district Northeim. Population 28,427 (2003).

Einbeck is maybe most famous for its 600 year old beer brewery, home of Einbecker Bock Bier. It is said, it were the eldest brewery of Germany.
