Hiroshi Yamauchi (山内 溥 Yamauchi Hiroshi, born November 7, 1927) was the president of Nintendo until 2002.

Yamauchi became Nintendo's third president in 1949 and waged the company to great success in the west until a new management was established in 2002. He transformed Nintendo from a small card making company in Japan to the multi-billion dollar video game company it is today. He named Satoru Iwata his successor. He's also the majority owner of the Seattle Mariners, which is now managed by former Nintendo of America chairman, Howard Lincoln.
