Kiten

Kiten is a Japanese Kanji learning tool and reference for KDE. It also works as an Japanese to English and English to Japanese dictionary. You can look up Kanji characters by number of strokes, or radicals. You can also add Kanji to your "learn" list and get simple "flash card" type quizzes where the Kanji is displayed and you get a number of possible translations to click on.
