Knowledge creation

Knowledge can be divided in both tacit knowledge, which involves senses, skills and intuition, and explicit knowledge, which is formulated and/or captured.

The knowledge creation process involves 5 steps:

  • Sharing tacit knowledge
  • Creating concepts
  • Justifying concepts
  • Building a prototype
  • Cross-leveling knowledge
