Koto, Tokyo

Kōtō (江東区; -ku) is a special ward located in Tokyo, Japan.

As of 2003, the ward has an estimated population of 398,805 and a density of 10,111.69 persons per km². The total area is 39.44 km².

The ward was founded on March 15, 1947.
