Kuru, Finland

   

Kuru is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Pirkanmaa region. The municipality has a population of 2,782 and covers an area of 820.48 kmē of which 103.53 kmē is water. The population density is 3.4 inhabitants per kmē.

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.

The Seitseminen national park is partly located in the municipality.
