Las Vegas Hilton

The Las Vegas Hilton is a large hotel and casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. With more than 3,100 hotel rooms, it is one of the largest hotel-casinos in Las Vegas, even though it is not on the Las Vegas Strip. It adjoins the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The property was built in 1969. In 1971 it was acquired by Hilton Hotels, which later spun off this and its other casinos into the company that became Caesars Entertainment. On June 18, 2004 the property was sold by Caesars Entertainment to Colony Capital for $280 million.
