Monreale

   

Monreale is a small city in the province of Palermo, in Sicily, Italy. It has approximately 30,000 inhabitants and is located 2 km (12 mi) south of Palermo. It is on mountains and has a marvelous view over the capital.

It is also famous for its 13th century cathedral.
