The Newark Bay Bridge (formally the Casciano Memorial Bridge) is a steel-truss bridge spanning the northern end of Newark Bay between Newark and Jersey City in New Jersey.

The bridge carries the vehicle traffic of a spur of the New Jersey Turnpike, providing access from the main line of the turnpike to Manhattan via the Holland Tunnel (as well as to downtown Jersey City and Bayonne).
