Pantalaimon

Pantalaimon is the daemon, or embodied soul, of Lyra Belacqua, the heroine of the His Dark Materials trilogy. In common with all daemons of children, he can take any animal form he pleases. At the end of the trilogy he settles into the shape of a pine marten.

Pantalaimon's name means "all-forgiving."
