Polokwane

In 2002 a drive started to rename cities and towns in South Africa. As part of this drive, Pietersburg was renamed Polokwane.

Polokwane is the capital of Limpopo Province, the province with the greatest increase in growth rate for 2003. Polokwane's web-site can be found at [1] (http://www.polokwane.org.za).
