Portobello Road

Portobello Road is a road in London, England.

The street was named in honour of the British capture, in 1739, of the Spanish silver exporting town of Porto Bello (then in New Granada, now Panama), during the War of Jenkins' Ear.

It is well-known for its flea market (among whose fictional habitues may be counted Paddington Bear).
