Simon Baron-Cohen
Professor Simon Baron-Cohen is the co-director of the Autism Research Centre in Cambridge, in the United Kingdom. He developed the theory of autism being an extreme male brain. He is a well-known and respected expert in his field. He also discovered the existence of high testosterone levels as a factor in the gestation of autistic children. Simon is first-cousin to Cambridge-educated comedian Sacha Baron-Cohen.
