Skytrax is a United Kingdom-based researching company for commercial airlines. It carries out international traveler surveys to find the best cabin staff, airport, airline, airline lounge, in-flight entertainment, and onboard catering. (Malaysia Airlines has won the best Cabin Staff award for the last four years consecutively). Apart from these surveys, the company has an airline forum where passengers give other potential passengers the feel of an airline before choosing to fly with them. They also have flight reviews, flight checks, and satisfaction surveys.
