Societe Nationale d'Etude et de Construction de Moteurs d'Aviation or SNECMA is one of the world's leading aerospace corporations, specialized in propulsion, equipment and associated services. The name is roughly translated as "National Company for the Study and Construction of Aviation Engines." The group is divided into two core businesses, propulsion and equipment.
