Turkmenbashi

T�rkmenbaşy, or "Leader of the Turkmen", is:

The self-proclaimed title of the president for life of the Republic of Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov.
He has also renamed the city of Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan after himself.
